John Appleby
Co-founder & Chairman

An IT industry veteran of over 35 years, John started his career in IBM where he spent over ten years, eventually leading large systems sales initiatives. In the 1990s, John became country manager for Sun Microsystems, where he first developed an interest in the internet and network computing. He moved to head up Oracle’s Irish operations and was a board member of Oracle EMEA.  In 1999 he approached salesforce.com as the first real champion of SaaS for enterprise software.  In 2000 he founded their international distribution business in Europe and laid some of the foundations and template for the company’s global success.

In 2005 he co-founded SaaSpoint, which become Salesforce.com’s largest European independent consulting partner.  The company was acquired by Appirio Inc. (now Wipro)  in 2011.  Since the successful sale of SaaSpoint, John serves on the boards of a number of high growth SaaS companies.

Frank McCracken
Co-founder & COO

Frank McCracken is a leading figure in building and managing software-as-a-service delivery and renewals internationally. Having led major projects with IBM and CapGemini early in his career, Frank moved to the entrepreneurial space and built the professional services and renewals organisations at both Salesforce and Marketo EMEA from the ground up. A veteran of two very successful IPO’s, as well as founding Salesforce.com’s largest partner consulting firm in EMEA (SaaSpoint), which was acquired by Appirio in December 2011. Frank holds an MBA from the University of Wales.

Ricardo Santos
Senior Business Architect

Ricardo has over 12 years in project management delivering IT solutions. With a background in engineering, he spent his initial years delivering projects, having transitioned into business analysis and software implementation soon after. Ricardo has extensive work carried out in the software lifecycle, covering the whole pre-to-post-sales cycle at enterprise level and focuses on ensuring customers are able to successfully transpose their business and functional requirements into the tools of their choice.

Mark Deegan
Senior Business Architect

Mark Deegan has over 15 years experience delivering IT projects. Having started his career in Ernst & Young, he moved to Accenture where he spent over three years working on IT solutions for their Marquee customers. Mark has gained extensive experience across the entire software lifecycle and after completing his MBA in 2016 has been focusing on ensuring that clients maximise value through their SaaS implementations by aligning Business Strategy to IT delivery.

Teetas Chakraborty
Business Analyst

Teetas is an experienced IT professional with a Masters in Electronic Science and an MBA from Trinity College Dublin. Prior to her time at Trinity, she had worked in training delivery and software engineering for five years in the fast-paced, customer-centric environment of IT industry. She enjoys working in collaborative mode with cross-functional and cross-national teams.

Rachana Shastry
Business Analyst

Rachana loves to dig into customer problems and solve them with modern technology. She holds a Master’s in Business Analytics from National University of Ireland. Having spent a number of years with Accenture working across various Industry sectors, she has a vast experience in corporate culture. Having led multiple teams as an Analyst to build complex solutions she truly believes in the power of data & technology.
